Sales Reports
Section titled “Sales Reports”RepairOps provides sales reports at multiple time scales — from custom date ranges to monthly, quarterly, and yearly summaries. All sales reports combine revenue from repair invoices and POS transactions automatically.
Day Range Sales Report
Section titled “Day Range Sales Report”The most flexible sales report. Pick any start and end date to see revenue trends across the range.
Running the Report
Section titled “Running the Report”- Navigate to Reports → Day Range Sales in the sidebar.
- Select your shop.
- Set the start date and end date.
- Click Generate Report.
What’s Included
Section titled “What’s Included”Summary Row at the top:
- Total revenue, total tax, transaction count, daily average revenue, and highest/lowest revenue days within the range.
Daily Breakdown Table showing one row per day:

Trend Indicators — The report highlights days that are significantly above or below your daily average, making it easy to spot patterns like slow Mondays or busy Saturdays.
Periodic Sales Reports
Section titled “Periodic Sales Reports”For standard accounting periods, use the preset periodic reports. These automatically calculate date ranges and include prior-period comparison.
Monthly Sales Report
Section titled “Monthly Sales Report”Shows revenue for a selected month with comparison to the previous month.
- Navigate to Reports → Monthly Sales.
- Select your shop and month/year.
- Click Generate Report.
The report includes: total revenue, labor/parts split, tax collected, transaction count, and a percentage change column comparing to the prior month (e.g., “+12% vs. last month”).
Quarterly Sales Report
Section titled “Quarterly Sales Report”Shows revenue for a selected quarter (Q1–Q4) with comparison to the same quarter last year.
- Navigate to Reports → Quarterly Sales.
- Select your shop, quarter, and year.
- Click Generate Report.
Includes monthly subtotals within the quarter and a year-over-year comparison. This is especially useful for seasonal businesses that want to compare Q4 holiday traffic year over year.
Yearly Sales Report
Section titled “Yearly Sales Report”Shows revenue for an entire calendar year with monthly breakdown.
- Navigate to Reports → Yearly Sales.
- Select your shop and year.
- Click Generate Report.
Includes: 12 monthly rows, quarterly subtotals, annual total, and comparison to the prior year. The yearly report also shows your busiest and slowest months.
Organization Roll-Up (Pro & Enterprise)
Section titled “Organization Roll-Up (Pro & Enterprise)”If you operate multiple shops, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports offer an Organization Roll-Up option. Toggle this on to see combined revenue across all your locations in a single report, with per-shop subtotals.
The roll-up uses each shop’s local currency and tax settings — it does not attempt to convert currencies or normalize tax rates. Each shop’s section shows its own tax details.
Prior-Period Comparison
Section titled “Prior-Period Comparison”All periodic reports include automatic prior-period comparison:

Comparison columns show both absolute change (e.g., ”+$2,340”) and percentage change (e.g., “+8.5%”). Positive changes are highlighted in green, negative in red.
