Discovering shortcuts — Press ? on any page to see a quick-reference overlay of shortcuts available in that context.
Search is powerful — The Cmd/Ctrl + K search accepts ticket numbers (T001234), customer names, device identifiers, and status keywords. Results appear instantly as you type.
Chaining actions — On the Kanban board, use arrow keys to select a ticket, press Enter to open it, then T to immediately transition its status. This three-keystroke flow replaces multiple clicks.
